The Fellowship and Lore Council Requirements

Idealist Requirements

The path one must walk within the Order of Twilight is a difficult one. Twilight is the time before and after; we walk the edge between good and evil, shadow and light. We freely give of ourselves in the service of the DreamLord, yet we just as willingly satiate our own cravings from within. It matters not what motivates you as long as your desire lies with the Order.

If you chose to align yourself with this council, you must be willing to accept a great responsibility. To that end, willingness alone is not enough to grant you position within our halls. You must prove your worth.

You will be given a series of trials that will test your commitment. Some of the trials will be rather simple and straight forward. Their completion will present the Council with a better picture of who you are and the roads you have traveled.

Trial of Character: The first trial is by far the simplest. You are to go here and scribe the parchment in the appropriate manner. You will then send a Fellowship and Lore Council Leader a letter informing him/her of the successful completion of this most simple of Trials.

Trial of the Soul: This second trial will give us insight into your dedication and ability to interact in a group setting. To this end, you will schedule and lead 2 social events. These can be “Meet & Greets”, Azeroth History Lessons or in-character instance runs. These events must be conducted in-character. The type and style is subject to your whims.

Trial of Insight: Another trial for ink and parchment. You are to go here and ink a tale of your past. Nothing exercises the mind like a fine tale. You will then send a Fellowship and Lore Council Leader a letter informing him/her of the successful completion of this second Trial.

Once you achieve the rank of Idealist within the Fellowship and Lore Council, we recommend that each month you host one in-character event such as that described in the Trial of the Soul OR a character history or story similar to that from the Trial of Insight.

Pathfinder Requirements

Trial of the Mind: This is the final and most important trial you will endure. To fulfill your requirements as a Pathfinder for the Fellowship & Lore Council, you are expected to organize an “Active” role-play event in-game with a minimum of four other guild members. This trial will challenge your mind and improvisation skills. The final trial incorporates elements of all three trials completed up to this point.

As a Pathfinder you are expected to complete certain duties and responsibilities. These may include, but are not limited to the following:

Organize or assist the council in one calendared F&L event every two weeks. (Can be a social or active event)

Demonstrate an ability to work well with the current F&L leadership team. (Pathfinder and above)

Actively participate and provide feedback on the F&L and Role-playing Story forums.

Lead or assist with one "Active" in-game RP event per month.

If you're interested in pursuing this path, post your interest here or send a PM to Kahni or Raemyra with the your name, recents events and personal F&L goals. An officer from the F&L Council will contact you to set up a meeting.

Think long and hard about your choice. The path of the Fellowship and Lore Council is long and winding; fraught with peril and intrigue, full of passion and exhilaration. Yet it is perhaps the most rewarding path you may choose.
